The Boat Works is a ‘one stop shop’ for all boating requirements and is the ideal pit stop and the yard of choice for local boat owners, the Australian charter fleet and foreign-flagged vessels.

Featuring two yards with service capabilities for vessels 5m – 50m that extend to all aspects of vessel refit, repair, restorations, and maintenance.

At 55 acres (21.8 hectares) The Boat Works is the largest & cleanest Boatyard, Superyacht Yard & Marina facility in the Southern Hemisphere. With a comprehensive choice of over 70+ marine service professionals and service operators located in the heart of the Gold Coast Marine Precinct, the centre facilitates over 1000 people onsite any given day.

Founded in the 1980s the centre has endured considerable expansion and incorporates the only purpose-built Superyacht Yard. Adding to the diverse range of services and boosting the lifting capacity to feature the Gold Coast’s largest boat hoist with the 300 tonne Marine Travel Lift.

Additional services here onsite cater for in water servicing with marina berths and out of water storage, expansive hardstand, over 50+ refit sheds, onsite Chandlery superstore, dedicated boat sales precincts and showrooms teamed with your choice of onsite marine retail, restaurants, bars and cafes.
